Reasons for Termination of Access

• The library reserves the right to terminate walk in use of the Institute Network. 
• Users must not use library electronic resources for commercial use.
• PCs should not be left logged in and unattended for long periods of time.
• Users must not share usernames and passwords provided by the Institute Library with any other individuals.
• Users must not share any content retrieved from these databases (print or electronic) with anyone for any reason.
• Users must not download, store or transmit excessive amounts of information/data.  Multiple downloads are illegal.
• The network must not be used for unauthorised purposes or downloading offensive, obscene, indecent or defamatory material.
• Users must behave in an appropriate manner while in the library and comply with the library regulations.
• MISUSE CAN RESULT IN LEGAL ACTION
